Sorry for the delay

I know it has been a couple of weeks since the last show, but please hang tight, a new show will be coming soon.

I am in the middle of finals at school, and that is all consuming.

Thanks for remembering me! Although I'm not a vegan nor vegitarian I thank you for your suggestions that will help everyone I cook for eat a little healthier.
