Tempeh Bolagnese
A delicious meatless meat sauce. This is a very simple dish that can be prepared in the time it takes to cook your pasta.

Hi, does anyone know where to get tempeh in the UK? i've tried everywhere :-( not even the health food stores seem to know what it is...
Thanks,

If you look online Ewan, there are places that give you a recipie to make it. Its fairly easy because I not only didnt really know what tempeh was in the first place and wanted to know but also wanted to be able to make it myself. If you just google tempeh, tons of site come up. You could try googling Tempeh recipie as well. Just a few suggestions. It worked for me.
